Cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

If an order can no longer be canceled, the customer can request an eligible return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Returns and Refunds

Itsother offers a 30-day return policy.

Customers can request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery.

For standard customer-requested returns, including change of mind, size, color, style, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Itsother covers reasonable return shipping costs or provides a prepaid return label where applicable.

Itsother does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
