At Itsother, we are dedicated to delivering your orders efficiently across Canada and internationally. Our logistics operations are based in Saint-Félicien, QC, allowing us to provide reliable service to our customers.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays in Quebec).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed starting the following Monday.

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched from our facility.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This is currently our only available shipping method to ensure simplicity and value for our customers.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (e.g., canadapost-postescanada.ca).

4. Taxes and Duties

  • Domestic (Canada): Orders are subject to applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/HST and QST) based on the destination.

  • International: For orders shipped outside of Canada, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Itsother is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Refused," a re-delivery fee may be applied if you wish to have the item sent again.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@itsother.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
