HOW TO MEASURE

For the best results use a tailor’s tape measure featuring both centimetres and inches. Stand in front of a mirror; you may want to ask a friend or family member to help.

1. Bust: Take your measurement around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure level all the way around from back to front. See image point 1 for reference.

2. Waist: Take your measurement around the narrowest part of your waist, making sure the tape measure is level all the way around from back to front. See image point 2 for reference.

3. Hip: Standing with your feet together, take your measurement around the widest part of your hips, so the tape measure sits level all the way around from back to front. See image point 3 for reference.

4. Inside Leg Length: Standing with your feet hip-width apart and legs straight, place the tape measure at the very top of your inside leg. Take the measurement against the inside of your thigh from the highest point to the ankle bone. See image point 4 for reference.

5. Wearing Length: Holding the tape measure at the side of your neck, measure in a straight line down to the hem/garment edge of your dress, top, coat or jacket. This measurement on the website provides an intended guideline for where the garment will fall on your body when worn. See image point 5 for reference.
